Shipping and RETURN POLICYAll Sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 15 days from date of sale. If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase you may return it for a refund by requesting a return authorization within 15 days of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply on non-defective items. All returns of merchandise ordered by PayPal or credit card will be subject to PayPal's or the credit card service company's service fee. If State Quarter cannot ship an order within 30 days of order a full refund will be made if requested. This does not apply to items ordered before they are minted. Be sure to check the release schedule for coin mintage dates. In the case of an order we cannot fill, State Quarter will pay PayPal's service fee and issue you a full refund. Our goal is customer satisfaction. We will ship in stock items within 10 days of receiving your order. Usually shipment will be even sooner. If an item is not in stock we will purchase the required item and ship it to you as soon as it is received. We will always give you the option to request a full refund if we believe we cannot ship within 15 days of your order. All merchandise is subject to a restocking fee as noted above unless it is defective. If your order is received damaged, contact us immediately. Most orders are shipped insured. When you receive a damaged order be sure to have the shipper note the damage before you accept it. Shipping to the continental US is covered in our regular shipping charges. Shipping outside the continental US may be subject to additional shipping charges before shipment. If you decide not to pay the additional shipping charges State Quarter may at its option return your entire payment and cancel your order. Shipment to countries outside the United States will always be subject to the laws and regulations of those countries. If State Quarter ships to another country and customs or some other authority in that country seizes the shipment, State Quarter will have fulfilled its contractual obligation to ship the order. It is the customer's responsibility to only order products legally allowed to be shipped to the country where shipment is requested. Shipments outside the United States will only be insured if requested when the order is placed. The cost for International insurance is $1.40 per $50.00 order value in US dollars. Many International orders can be shipped with no additional shipping charges. These are typically orders under 12 ounces. For orders over 12 ounces be sure to check with us for additional shipping charges before confirming your order. |
