Shipping and RETURN POLICY

All Sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 15 days from date of sale. If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase you may return it for a refund by requesting a return authorization within 15 days of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply on non-defective items. All returns of merchandise ordered by PayPal or credit card will be subject to PayPal's or the credit card service company's service fee. 

If State Quarter cannot ship an order within 30 days of order a full refund will be made if requested. This does not apply to items ordered before they are minted. Be sure to check the release schedule for coin mintage dates. In the case of an order we cannot fill, State Quarter will pay PayPal's service fee and issue you a full refund.

Our goal is customer satisfaction. We will ship in stock items within 10 days of receiving your order. Usually shipment will be even sooner. If an item is not in stock we will purchase the required item and ship it to you as soon as it is received. We will always give you the option to request a full refund if we believe we cannot ship within 15 days of your order. All merchandise is subject to a restocking fee as noted above unless it is defective. 

If your order is received damaged, contact us immediately. Most orders are shipped insured. When you receive a damaged order be sure to have the shipper note the damage before you accept it.
